Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation division, you will play a critical role in managing our Same Employer & New Employer clients, providing clinical services and evidence-based case management to help injured workers return to work.
With a strong focus on delivering high-quality services, you will work closely with our national team of 50+ consultants to provide rehabilitation services to clients across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics. You will also have the opportunity to work with national and state-based customers, bringing best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.
We offer a flexible and supportive work environment, with the ability to work from home, our offices, or a combination of both. You will have the autonomy to manage your own calendar, book appointments to suit your schedule, and work part-time or reduced hours if needed.
As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing clinical services and evidence-based case management to injured workers
- Managing clients across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics
- Working closely with our national team to deliver high-quality services
- Developing and implementing rehabilitation plans to help clients return to work
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
