We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation division, you will play a critical role in managing our Same Employer & New Employer clients and providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres and clinics, and/or ORS offices.
- Help to bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.
- Conduct therapy for NDIS participants and diversify your caseload.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA.
- A vehicle and driver's licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles.
