About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, delivering assessment and case management services to clients across various schemes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face assessments, case conferences, and worksite visits to provide high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver assessment and case management services to clients across Worksafe VIC, TAC, and Comcare schemes
  • Conduct face-to-face assessments, case conferences, and worksite visits to provide high-quality services
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience as an OES consultant, or comparable
  • Current driver's licence and motor vehicle
  • Able to travel to the South Eastern suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne approximately 3 days per week
