Senior Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation division, you will play a critical role in managing our Same Employer & New Employer clients.
With a strong focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based services, you will work closely with our national team of 50+ consultants to provide clinical services and case management for injured workers. Your expertise will help our clients achieve their rehabilitation goals and return to work.
Key Responsibilities- Perform assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with our national team to share best practices and expertise.
- Work with clients to identify and address barriers to return to work.
- Provide education and support to clients and their employers to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAAA.
- A vehicle and driver's licence.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
