Program Manager for Data Center Operations Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for Data Center Operations to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple projects simultaneously, managing project schedules, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in data center operations, with experience in program management, facilities management, and engineering. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify requirements, manage project schedules, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan project requirements, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, facilities managers, and executives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management, facilities management, and engineering.
  • Ability to obtain TS NV1 clearance under the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).
