About the Opportunity

The firm is actively investing in healthcare businesses across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with management teams to unlock growth and value creation strategies.

As an Investment Associate, you will support the existing team across the full lifecycle of Private Equity, including:

  • Providing financial and commercial due diligence on potential new opportunities.
  • Executing investment processes.
  • Partnering closely with portfolio companies in their journeys, and where relevant with bolt-on opportunities.

To succeed, you will have gained 3-4 years' experience from strategy/management consulting, corporate advisory, or another private capital investor. You will display a natural curiosity for investing, an interest in the healthcare sector, and be able to build meaningful relationships with management teams and service providers, showcasing deep empathy and a humble nature.
