Job Description:

We are seeking a high caliber Associate to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and managing portfolio companies. This position provides exposure to high-profile deals and the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and risk analysis.
  • Develop detailed financial models to assess valuation, returns, and financial projections.
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating investment transactions.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
