Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Bids Coordinator.

This pivotal role involves driving national business development strategy, acting as the primary point of contact for all bids, pitches, and submissions across Australia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing compelling creative content for presentations and proposals, ensuring timely delivery.

Closely collaborating with the marketing team to plan and coordinate divisional efforts is also essential.

Additionally, the role requires providing administrative support to the Partner, Head of Tenant Representation, and the broader Tenant Representation team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project management and collation of all submission documents and pitch approaches.
  • Curate and create compelling content for pitches, presentations, and submissions.
  • Drive and coordinate the divisional marketing plan in conjunction with the centralised marketing team.
  • Manage and improve the content library, tools, and templates.
  • Coordinate key national and NSW business development meetings.
  • Develop and distribute client-specific social media content and prepare PR materials.
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the Partner and Head of Tenant Representation.

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience in bid and pitch management.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced written communication skills.
  • Excellent internal stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
  • A customer service focus and capability to implement organised systems.
