Bakery Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to manage our bakery operations in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery, including staff management, inventory control, and quality assurance. They will also be expected to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling satisfied with their purchase.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management position within a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the workplace

Key Responsibilities:
