The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience, leading a high-performing team, and overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the venue.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved on the floor, mentoring staff, and setting high standards for service.
- Lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve excellence daily
- Mentor and guide staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and financial management
- Ensure consistent quality, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere for every customer
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage a diverse team to deliver exceptional results
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:
