Key Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Associate. As a key ambassador for OMEGA, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support management with day-to-day tasks as required.
  • Lead the team in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
  • Maintain high service standards through the OMEGA sales experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong client database through effective sales and relationship management.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with local clientele.
  • Open and close the boutique independently when needed.
  • Ensure the boutique runs smoothly in your absence.
  • Perform daily stock counts to ensure inventory integrity.
  • Oversee stock organisation, replenishment and storage.
  • Provide feedback on team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Develop knowledge of the OMEGA brand and product range.
  • Stay informed about stock availability and delays.
  • Complete training modules as required.

  • Proven sales experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
