Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Ambassador to join our team.
As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate high customer care standards by delivering tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store to create an engaging shopping environment.
- Analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth.
- Perform stock management duties efficiently and effectively.
- Balancing customer care with other duties as required, demonstrating multitasking skills and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in fashion retail is highly advantageous, allowing you to leverage existing knowledge and expertise.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration and communication skills.
- Desire to challenge yourself and show initiative in your work, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Available to work 38 hours on a Sunday to Thursday roster, accommodating a variety of shifts and schedules.
