We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through exceptional customer service, strategic sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in a luxury environment, preferably in the fields of sales, retail, or hospitality. A background in sales, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.

Your primary objective will be to achieve business targets, KPIs, and sales revenue in accordance with our brand's retail strategy. To do this, you will need to maintain high standards of boutique presentation, ensure merchandise is properly maintained and secured at all times, and provide exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales experience.

You will also be responsible for establishing networks within relevant industries to create sales opportunities and promoting brand awareness. Your positive mindset, inspiring attitude, and strong communication skills will make you an excellent fit for this role.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a luxury environment
  • Background in sales, luxury retail, banking, automotive, high-end hospitality, or aviation industry (experience in luxury watches and high-end jewelry industries highly desirable)
