Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Primary Care program, driving growth and delivering high-quality outcomes in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

  • Lead the integration of multiple streams, stakeholders, and initiatives across primary care teams, external partners, and subsidiaries.
  • Direct work across multiple independent and interdependent teams, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout project delivery.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish priorities, coordinate workstreams, manage deliverables, timelines, reporting, budgeting, communications, and coordination with governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project planning, scheduling, and coordination with team leads.
  • Execution and delivery, ensuring timely, quality outcomes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and implementing reporting frameworks, meeting cadence, and governance structures using tools like Jira and Miro.
  • Managing risks and compliance, including maintaining risk registers, conducting post-project reviews, and ensuring alignment with internal policies and ISO standards.
  • Creating and maintaining standardized documentation for project management, communications, and change plans.
  • Fostering strong stakeholder relationships across divisions and partners to ensure smooth transitions to future states.
  • Providing regular project updates and decision-making support, including preparing reports and papers for leadership.
