Strategic Program Director

The position oversees the effective implementation of project management practices across multiple delivery streams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading governance stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, enterprise policies, methodologies, processes, standards, frameworks, and controls.
- Managing cross-functional teams and influencing delivery leaders to implement effective governance practices.
- Developing and embedding risk, security, or compliance controls into technology programs or transformation initiatives.
- Communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and driving collaboration across business and technical areas.
Requirements include:
- Strong track record of delivering medium to large enterprise programs and projects, with well-honed skills in leadership, planning, and execution.
- Highly developed understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, information security, privacy, and operational risk principles.
- Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated professional resilience, adaptability, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Decisive, highly organized, and able to tailor communication style to suit audience needs.
