Strategic Program Director

The role of Strategic Program Director involves leading and directing a portfolio of bids and projects to deliver business outcomes within delegated authorities and responsibilities.
- Fostering close customer relationships with project and senior business contacts for current contracts and future business opportunities.
- Directing a portfolio of bids and projects in accordance with organizational guidelines, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Developing winning strategies with specific win themes and translating them into compelling offers.
- Planning, organizing, and leading staff assigned to projects to achieve business outcomes within delegated authorities and responsibilities.
- Maintaining open, collaborative, and trusting relationships within the business, with customers, and with suppliers and partners.
- Ensuring portfolio objectives related to performance, growth, and reputation are exceeded.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales & Marketing team to pursue and secure future opportunities.
- Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management, or other suitable discipline.
- IPMA Certification or ability to secure certification (IPMA Level B).
- Proven leadership skills with high levels of interpersonal and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
