Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and create sustainable career opportunities, matching clients to suitable roles.
  • Champion workforce diversity, focusing on inclusivity for people with disability, injury, or health condition.
  • Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost awareness and inclusion.
  • Build networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting individuals with disability to achieve career goals.
  • Meet performance benchmarks.
  • Embody values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Driver's License – essential
