Care Specialist for Community Support

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Care Specialists to join our team to provide community support through Home Care Packages. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong desire to provide quality client service and build rapport with clients;
  • Flexibility and adaptability;
  • Ability to assist with daily tasks, including transport, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care (if qualified);
  • A highly professional attitude and ability to act with compassion and empathy;
  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care or willingness to obtain;
  • A current police check less than 3 months old or willingness to undertake one with Annecto;
  • A current First Aid and CPR qualification (with 6 months to run) or willingness to complete prior to employment;
  • A current driver's license and vehicle with comprehensive insurance;
  • A smartphone or tablet; and
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People Card or willingness to obtain one;

In exchange for your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure includes salary packaging options, which can reduce your taxable income.
