As a Client Care Specialist, you will be working closely with our team to deliver Home Care Packages. You will receive comprehensive support in this vital front-line position.

You will have:

  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building positive relationships with clients;
  • The ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities;
  • The capacity to provide assistance with various tasks, including transportation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal care (if qualified);
  • A highly professional attitude and the ability to maintain a compassionate, non-judgmental approach;
  • Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care or willingness to obtain;
  • A current police check less than 3 months old or willingness to undertake one with Annecto;
  • A current First Aid and CPR qualification (or willingness to complete prior to employment);
  • A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance;
  • A smartphone or tablet;
  • A current Working with Vulnerable People Card or willingness to obtain one;
  • Work rights to work in Australia;
  • Fully Covid immunized, including booster shots

It would be advantageous if you had:

  • Similar experience in a similar field;
  • Ability to communicate in a community language would be highly regarded;
