Customer Activation Manager

The Customer Activation Manager is responsible for designing and implementing innovative work experience activities to enhance the employability of Workskil Australia's customers. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to establish and manage activities that meet customers' annual requirements and build their skills and motivation.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of work experience activities, taking into account the local labour market and skills in demand. They will conduct risk assessments, liaise with the Central Legal team, and negotiate payment arrangements and budgets. The Customer Activation Manager will work closely with Regional Account Managers and Site Staff to ensure they have up-to-date knowledge of current activity options and develop strategies for mutually beneficial outcomes.
About You- You will have high-level interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with a diverse range of clients, employers, and staff.
- You will be able to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the labour market, suitable local employers, and trends in employment relevant to Workskil Australia's caseload.
- You will have experience in creating employment pathway opportunities and be able to read reports to identify performance and compliance issues.
- You will have strong data entry skills, be able to use the Microsoft Office suite, and type at a minimum of 30 words per minute.
- You will be able to read, interpret, and apply corporate and operational policy and procedure work within a quality management system.
- You will hold a current driver's licence.
- You will have a good understanding of WHS practices.
- You will have a minimum of one year's experience in a management role.
- You will have a minimum of two years' experience in Employment Services.
- You will hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development and have completed three WHS Modules from Certificate IV in WHS.
