About the Role

The Customer Activation Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the employment outcomes of Workskil Australia customers in the South West WA region. This will involve generating and managing work type activities that cater to the diverse needs of customers, with a focus on securing sustainable employment through the Transition to Work (TtW) Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage all activities in the region, including training and education opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain an activation plan to communicate activities to stakeholders and commence TtW participants into education options.
  • Deliver group-based sessions and trainings to TtW participants, including Great Futures (Career Planning) and Job Search, as required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a range of activities for participants to meet their requirements.
  • Work with young people, including those who are culturally or linguistically diverse, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, and those with a prior offender history.
  • Manage administration tasks, including keeping up-to-date and accurate reports and other information for management.

Requirements:

  • Hold a current driver's licence.
  • Hold a valid WWC Check.
  • Have a good understanding of WHS practices.
  • Have a minimum of one year's experience in a management role.
  • Have a minimum of two years' experience in Employment Services.
  • Hold a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development, and have completed three WHS Modules from Certificate IV in WHS.

Remuneration

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax-effective salary packaging.
