The Role We Offer:
We present an outstanding full-time two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills. Our graduates will have the opportunity to gain exposure to diverse sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers in planning, designing and executing projects.
- Analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
- Research industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
- Solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What We Require:
- A recent graduate or student graduating before 2026 with a degree in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering.
- Work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
- Student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
- Previous work experience within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desired.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
