About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Development Cadet/Assistant Development Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to transition into a development role and be part of a dynamic project.

The successful candidate will assist the Development Manager in promoting and delivering the overall development vision for a new precinct located on the University of Wollongong's Innovation Campus.

">

You will work closely with various stakeholders, including consultants, internal teams, and external parties, to ensure the project's success.

">

This role is ideal for a final year or recent graduate with a degree in Property Finance, Planning, Construction Management, or Engineering, who has some project experience and is eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Development Manager in preparing consultant agreements, managing budgets, and paying invoices.">
  • Prepare project cost reports and commercial/feasibility assessments.">
  • Liaise with internal functions/stakeholders and external parties to promote the project's goals.">
  • Review and manage legal agreements related to the project.">

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative nature.">
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.">
  • Understanding of Argus Estate Master is desirable but not essential.">
