About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and providing excellent customer care.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will help your clients regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough assessments to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
  • Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
  • Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoring programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
  • Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
  • Liaising with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

What You'll Bring:
  • Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA)
  • A willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
  • A willingness to work in the community (must have a driver's license and access to your own vehicle)
  • A current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
