Job Description

We seek a seasoned construction professional to lead our residential civil projects. This role oversees project delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget control.

  • Project Delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of residential civil projects including subdivisions, roads, drainage, and earthworks.
  • Strategic Leadership: Direct project teams, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and engineers to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Financial Performance: Manage budgeting and cost control to optimise profitability while meeting project specifications.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and address key challenges.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Uphold WHS regulations and company policies ensuring all projects meet safety and operational requirements.
About You

You bring extensive experience in residential civil construction with a proven track record as a leader in managing complex projects. Key attributes and requirements include:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil construction management, particularly in residential townhouse projects.
  • Leadership: Exceptional team leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire staff and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Expertise: Strong understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements, infrastructure, and land development processes.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strategic Execution: A strategic and innovative thinker who excels in dynamic environments, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
