About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation division, you will play a critical role in managing our Same Employer & New Employer clients.

With a strong background in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, psychology, or rehabilitation counselling, you will be responsible for performing assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centres, and clinics.

You will work closely with our national and state-based customers to provide clinical services and evidence-based case management for injured workers, enabling them to return to their best lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored rehabilitation plans for clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in workplace rehabilitation
