We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in the beautiful South West of WA. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be delivering workplace rehabilitation services to clients who have sustained an injury or illness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing assessments and reporting, including initial assessments, on-site assessments, and ergonomic assessments
  • Developing and monitoring Return to Work Programs and upgrading when required in line with medical advice
  • Completing case notes, reports, documentation, and programs in line with company standards and procedures
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and referrers
  • Liaising with referrers and building a larger caseload as your time in the role increases
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Social Worker, or a qualified Rehabilitation Consultant
  • Current registration with relevant professional body
  • Current driver's license
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Full Australian working rights
