About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation division, you will play a critical role in managing our Same Employer & New Employer clients and providing clinical services & evidence-based case management for injured workers.

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work across national and state-based customers, performing assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics. You will help bring best practice health engagements into all facets of our clients' rehabilitation journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing clinical services and evidence-based case management
  • Conduct assessments and interventions across various environments
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans to support clients' return to work
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including medical professionals and case managers
  • Provide education and training to clients, employers, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA
  • A vehicle and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
