About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our Workplace Rehabilitation division, you will play a critical role in managing our Same Employer & New Employer clients, providing clinical services and evidence-based case management to help injured workers return to work.

With a strong focus on delivering high-quality, client-centered services, you will work closely with our national team of 50+ consultants to provide assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics.

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will have the opportunity to diversify your case load conducting therapy for NDIS participants and work with a range of national and state-based customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing clinical services and evidence-based case management to help them return to work
  • Conduct assessments and interventions across various environments, including family homes, workplaces, medical centers, and clinics
  • Work closely with our national team of consultants to provide high-quality, client-centered services
  • Diversify your case load conducting therapy for NDIS participants
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or RCAA
  • A vehicle and driver's license
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one for client-facing roles
