Job Opportunity: Early Childhood Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Bondi Beach. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating children from birth to preschool age, instilling a love of learning in them, and contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection of the educational program.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Teaching/Educational Studies or Early Childhood Education, with minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT. They will also have excellent communication skills, be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, and embody the values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.

The role involves providing quality education and care to children, supporting and facilitating their learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework. This includes developing positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families, and community, as well as guiding and supporting educators to implement the program and philosophy.

  • Developing programs that reflect the approved learning framework and facilitate play-based learning environments responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and instructional materials that meet the needs of diverse learners.
