About our Opportunity

As a Early Childhood Educator, you will instill a love of learning and guide children on their path of exploration, investigation, and discovery.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs for children. You'll also provide quality education and care to help support and facilitate learning outcomes in accordance with the National Quality Standards and learning framework.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing programs that reflect the approved learning framework.
  • Building positive and respectful relationships that support children, their families, and community.
  • Facilitating play-based learning environments that are responsive to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.

We are looking for individuals who have:

  • Bachelor of Teaching/Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT (experience working as educational lead advantageous).
  • A work history demonstrating recording observations, writing learning stories, and supporting the planning of a successful curriculum using the Early Years Learning Framework.
