Driving sales and financial performance, supporting the Store Manager to achieve targets. Creating an exceptional customer experience using loyalty and club programs to build lasting relationships.
Achieving sales and operational excellence requires a strong track record of delivering budgets and KPIs, with a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement. Building and developing a high-performing team through training, coaching, and succession planning is essential.
Requirements:- Strong retail leadership experience with a proven track record of driving sales and operational excellence.
