Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate sales experiences from start to finish, delivering exceptional customer outcomes and driving growth in the Retirement Living sector.

This role involves working closely with teams to deliver excellent results and ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and service.

  • Assist in delivering our service offering to Seniors Living residents, potential customers, and their representatives.
  • Enhance and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage unit sales and marketing, meeting set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Project manage unit refurbishments aligned with settlement timeframes.
  • Assist in compiling Village Contracts, Disclosure Documents, Facts Sheets, and other relevant documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, aiming for accreditation across the portfolio.
  • Assist with Seniors Living development projects.
  • Collaborate with Village Managers and Service Managers to create villages with open and transparent relationships between clients, residents, and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Management, Sales, Property, or a related field.
  • Experience within the Retirement/Seniors Living and Property Sales sectors.
  • Understanding of the requirements in Retirement Village operations, including statutory requirements, agreements, and disclosures.
  • Sound business skills, including budget interpretation and management.
  • Proven ability to achieve positive sales outcomes from a Retirement Village perspective and within the broader community.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly selling off the plan.
  • Excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills, with adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
  • A compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective resident care and management.
  • The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
