This pivotal role plays a key part in delivering seamless service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing customer expectations, overseeing daily activities to meet business objectives, and ensuring timely service delivery.

  • Manage customer relationships to ensure outstanding service
  • Oversee daily site activities to achieve business goals and deliver services on time
  • Manage service job costs, labor, and resource allocation
  • Monitor work progress to meet project milestones and deadlines
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain adherence to Occupational Health and Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies for both Epiroc and customers
  • Complete tasks related to Key Performance Indicators and provide regular performance reports
