We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction and Account Management professional to join our Sydney-based team. As a key member of our Specialised and Asset Finance business, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing the settlement of new transactions.

Your primary responsibilities will include implementing process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting through to maturity. You will also be responsible for reviewing legal and supporting documentation for system accuracy, managing transaction lifecycles, and providing monthly portfolio reports to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the settlement of new transactions
  • Implement process and system solutions for effective management, monitoring, and reporting
  • Review legal and supporting documentation for system accuracy

Requirements
  • Previous experience in loan operations or financial services
  • Ability to collaborate across the team, working to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with Loan IQ and Oracle Lease Management
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
