As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining Oracle databases.
- Administer and maintain Oracle databases hosted on AWS (RDS and/or EC2)
- Manage Oracle databases on AWS, including both RDS and EC2
- Prove your skills in Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting
Key qualifications include:
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database administration (12c, 19c or higher)
- Proficient with Oracle GoldenGate for data replication, operational experience with RMAN for backup, recovery, and configuration
- Ability to administer and operate Data Guard or GoldenGate for replication between primary and standby databases
Desirable skills include:
- Scripting skills (e.g., Shell, Bash, Python) to automate routine tasks
- Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security within cloud environments
