Highly Skilled Oracle Database Administrator Wanted

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to manage and maintain Oracle databases, configure Xtreme Components, and implement Oracle XStream CDC Source connectors for the Confluent Platform.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, with expertise in Oracle Database Administration and proficiency in Xtreme Components Configuration. Strong knowledge of Kafka and its integration with database systems is also required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain Oracle databases
- Configure and optimize Xtreme Components
- Implement and manage Oracle XStream CDC Source connectors
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in database administration with a focus on Oracle databases
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Database Administration or related technologies
**Preferred Skills:**
- Proficiency in Xtreme Components Configuration
- Experience in Oracle XStream CDC Source connector for Confluent Platform Configuration
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration
- Good knowledge of Kafka and its integration with database systems
