Organisational Change Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead our transformation efforts across major programmes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Deliver Effective Change Management Strategies: Drive adoption and real business impact by designing and implementing effective change management strategies.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders, influencing decision-making and managing expectations throughout the change lifecycle.
  • Design and Deliver Communications Plans: Connect people to purpose, foster buy-in, and reduce resistance by creating engaging communications plans.
  • Support Training and Capability Uplift: Enhance organisational capabilities by developing and coordinating training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

This role requires experience in Financial Services or Customer Service transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to shape and deliver organisational change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive communications and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in leading change initiatives across major programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services or Customer Service transformation projects.
