Software Implementation Expert

The role of a Software Implementation Specialist involves implementing and training clients on our suite of products through effective methods. This position is based in Adelaide and offers work-life balance while delivering exceptional service to clients.

This implementation specialist will be responsible for:

  • Training customers on adopting our products in their business
  • Providing data & design services, such as creating reports or output documents
  • Collaborating with senior staff to provide training or data & design services
  • Resolving moderately complex problems by analyzing situations or data
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge
  • Delivering effective outcomes for customers using business acumen and industry insights
  • Contributing to customer outreach campaigns and facilitating feature-based workshops or group learning sessions
  • Conducting training sessions using online or face-to-face formats, requiring occasional travel

Key qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in software implementation, consulting, or customer training
  • Experience delivering software training in onsite and remote settings
  • A strong understanding of business process mapping
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel for onsite training and implementation support
  • Experience in the trades, construction, or field service industry is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
