**Responsibilities include:**
- Providing daily living assistance in the home and community
- Assisting individuals with physical health and emotional well-being
- Supporting participants and clients to participate in community-based activities and appointments
**Requirements:**
- 18 years of age or older
- English language proficiency
- Driver's license with comprehensive insurance
- COVID vaccination (min 2)
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Card and NDIS Orientation Module Certificate
- Smartphone (iOS or Android)
