
Compassionate Home Support Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support with daily living and lifestyle requirements in the community.
As a Support Worker, you will travel between clients' homes, offering assistance with domestic tasks, social support, and transportation. Your duties may include:
- Light household cleaning and laundry
- Social activities and shopping/groceries
- Supporting customers with aids, including standing or walking frames and wheelchairs
- Monitoring customers' well-being and reporting on their progress
- Participating in team meetings and training as required
Key Requirements:
- Australian Federal Police Clearance
- Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance is required)
