About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide care and companionship for older people living in their own homes.

This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others, helping them to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

As a Home Care Worker, you will be required to travel to clients' homes and communities, using your own car.

The role may involve:

  • Care Support: assisting with housekeeping, meal preparation, showering, and getting dressed
  • Transportation: driving to appointments and accompanying clients on shopping trips or to community programs

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care
  • Skillset: empathy, resourcefulness, and the ability to live our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness
  • Qualifications: a provisional or full Australian driving licence and ongoing access to a reliable vehicle that's comprehensively insured (not just CTP)
