Compassionate Resident Care Advocate

We are seeking a caregiver to join our organization and contribute to the well-being of elderly residents.
About the Role:
Caregivers play a vital role in helping us achieve our goal of providing an environment that encourages independence.
Working closely with clinical, lifestyle, and hospitality teams, you will work with minimal supervision to deliver resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.
About You:
- You have a person-centered approach and can think on your feet.
- You are able to communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and colleagues.
- You have excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team, and follow established safety procedures at all times.
- You are committed to ensuring resident safety and well-being.
- You have a passion for making a difference to the elderly and building positive relationships with their families.
- You are a team player who is punctual, offers assistance, is supportive, and is a pleasant colleague to work with.
Requirements:
- A certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
