Your Role
  • You will work closely with customers, Service Coordinators, and care workers to ensure service requests and changes are clearly communicated.
  • You will assist Service Coordinators with administrative functions that facilitate effective care worker rosters and payroll processes.
Main Responsibilities
  • Team Support: Be the first point of contact for client service requests, ensuring our customers receive the best support possible.
  • Scheduling Duties: Plan and organize care worker rosters to meet customer needs efficiently.
  • Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver exceptional support by treating customers with respect, understanding their diverse needs, and responding with clarity and compassion.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in an administrative role.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian values and promote them through interactions at work.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer support and relationship management skills.
