About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist our Operations team with scheduling and coordinating fleet movements. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with fatigue management requirements and supporting the efficiency of our transport operations.

Working hours are 7am to 3pm, Tuesday to Saturday — Mondays off.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations team with scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring fleet movements.
  • Work with the Scheduling team to maintain accurate driver rosters and manage roster changes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Ensure driver fatigue management requirements are met and compliant with regulations.
  • Provide accurate scheduling to minimise downtime and support operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong organisational, planning, and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
