We are seeking an exceptional Service Scheduler to join our team.

This is a full-time position located at our Belmont Office with free onsite parking.

  • As a Service Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest quality care tailored to their unique needs.
  • You will work closely with our Care Facilitators and care workers to coordinate schedules, maintain service consistency, and foster exceptional customer service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by treating clients with respect, compassion, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Schedule and organize Care Partner rosters to effectively meet customer needs while adhering to organizational standards.
  • Maintain data integrity and documentation in accordance with legislative and organizational standards.
  • Promote a safe work environment by following health and safety policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of one year of experience in aged care or a similar environment.
  • Proven experience in allocation and scheduling of services.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
