Job Description">

The Venue Services Officer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and patrons at the Blue Mountains Theatre. This role involves ticketing duties, retail sales, and facilitating venue hire.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Facilitating Box Office sales transactions via phone and in person
  • Reporting any unresolved issues relating to patrons / ticketing for resolution with Facility Manager as necessary
  • Keeping the Box Office area tidy and ensuring reasonable brochure stock levels are sustained
  • Ensuring daily banking processes are carried out as per protocol

  • Working across a 7 day / week roster as required
