Riverside Theatres is the premier performing arts venue in Western Sydney. A well-established and highly respected centre, delivering arts experiences 7 days a week.
City of Parramatta have exciting casual opportunities working as Customer Theatre Operators at this iconic venue.
**About the Role**
To ensure excellent customer service, the successful applicant will provide moderate to direct supervision, maintaining high standards for stakeholders including patrons, customers, hires and producers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, ensuring guests are greeted face-to-face in a polite and friendly manner.
- Undertake food and beverage service, usher and box office duties as per roster and operational requirements.
- Promote theatre programs, shows and services effectively.
- Ensure accurate sales and cash handling procedures are always followed.
**Requirements**
We are seeking someone with:
- Responsible service of alcohol certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 15kg.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with verbal and written communication ability.
- Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations is desirable.
**What's On Offer**
An attractive total remuneration package from $33.22 p/h (including 25% Casual Loading) + 11.5% Superannuation & Penalties
