Grow market share and drive business growth as a Business Development Manager. Support white label business by providing key services including loan structure, scenarios, accreditation coordination, and complaint management.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationships (50%):- Book proactive appointments and calls with our broker network.
- Build broker relationships and knowledge of offerings with team members.
- Attend state meetings and provide updates on results against objectives.
- Utilize Hubspot to track activity.
- Organise group strategic meetings.
- Manage complaints from brokers and customers.
- Handle post-settlement enquiries and manage them for brokers and customers.
- Lead one lender relationship.
- Drive activities for lenders.
- Escalate product pricing and policy exemptions.
- Manage post-settlement enquiries.
- Oversee content creation.
- Input data for staff and broker loans submitted for white labels.
- Coordinate accreditations and training.
Success in this role requires finance industry experience, mortgage lending expertise, negotiating skills, and strong communication skills.
