Finance Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and administration to join our team as a Finance Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accurate filing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and assist in preparation for audits.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and organizing documents.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.
